SMXG is Logan, a non-binary DJ based in Meanjin who started out as a club photographer until they started played around with a pair of CDJ 800’s.
Since starting casually in 2013 hidden in their bedroom with big dreams, they’ve performed at local art shows, shared a lineup with Adult Art Club at Bunker and played an hour at Splendour in the Grass in 2019.
SMXG sets are heavily influenced by the likes of Honey Djion, I-Jordan and Rebūke.
Expect a blend of techno, experimental drum patterns and bass that’ll creep up on you.
