Laughter Yoga with the Glitter Wizard

Join the Glitter Wizard on a journey of self discovery where you will learn to feel good by laughing without relying on jokes, punchlines or humour! Your body reaps the benefits of 30 minutes of sustained laughter, whether fake or real (as long as it’s done willingly), by releasing serotonin, dopamine and endorphins to name a few. Laughter is a stress-buster. When the parasympathetic nervous system is engaged – and this happens through deep diaphragmatic breathing (laughter included)—the body receives signals to slow down.

Things to bring: Your willingness to try something new and fun, lots of water, loose and comfortable clothing and your best laugh!
