Madeleine is a proud Githabul woman of the Bundjalung Nation, her family are from Bonalbo, NSW. Currently she is living and creating in North Meanjin (Brisbane).
She has had a love for creativity and art from a young again and over time has been refining her own style of contemporary Indigenous Australian art. She uses this as a way of learning and connecting to her culture.
