Swiss Mountain Transport Systems
Swiss Mountain Transport Systems are a four-piece alternative band hailing from Meanjin. After bonding over their mutual love for 80s alternative acts such as Galaxie 500 and Spaceman 3, as well as the modern psychedelia of bands like Kikagaku Moyo, SMTS set forward to create their own sound to a background of unwavering guitars, mellifluous synths and emotive lyricism. At all points energetic, and occasionally frenetic, SMTS’ dynamic live shows are not to be missed.
